Ha-Sung Kim (28, San Diego Padres) went 3-for-3 with three RBIs.
Kim went 1-for-2 with a double, two walks, 스포츠토토 three runs scored and a stolen base in the sixth spot in the batting order against the New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium on Monday. With his second straight multi-hit game, he raised his season average slightly to .242 (38-for-157).
Tied 1-1 in the top of the second inning, Kim drew a walk against Yankees ace Gerrit Cole, stole second base and came around to score on Jose Asocar’s single. After striking out in the top of the fourth, he lined a six-pitch knuckleball to center field in the bottom of the seventh, down 5-8, and came around to score on Trent Grisham’s double and Asocar’s grounder. In the top of the ninth, he drew a walk and scored on a Grisham single, a Juan Soto grounder and a Brett Sullivan sacrifice fly.
Despite Kim’s performance, San Diego fell to 7-10. They are now 25-28 on the season and are in fourth place in the National League West.
